Phones to Natomas Unified’s campuses and Ed Center will be shut down late Friday morning (July 25) due to a technical, computer-based problem that can only be resolved by rebooting the system. It is not certain how long repairs will take.

Anyone needing to contact a Natomas Unified school or department during the project should send an email, and addresses for doing so are on the District website – www.natomasunified.org.  The Ed Center, 1901 Arena Blvd., will remain open while repairs are made.

If your issue is urgent, the District has redirected phone lines to several key functions so that voicemail messages can be collected for Constituent and Customer Services, 916-561-5253, and for the Ed Center’s main line, 916-567-5400.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the phone shutdown, which follows several days of intermittent outages. Once repairs are complete, we will provide notification via the District’s website and social media pages – Facebook and Twitter. Thank you for your patience and support.
