The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities. The LCAP provides an opportunity for local educational agencies (LEAs) to share their stories of how, what, and why programs and services are selected to meet their local needs. The draft 2021-2024 LCAP currently includes the following:
- Draft LCFF Budget Overview for Parents (added June 4, 2021)
- Draft Annual Update for the 2019-2020 Local Control Accountability Plan Year
- Draft Annual Update for the 2020-2021 Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan
- Draft 2021-2024 Local Control Accountability Plan
The draft 2021-2024 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is available for the District English Language Advisory Committee (DELAC) members and the LCAP Parent Advisory Committee members to review and comment on. This engagement process is in accordance with Education Code section 52062(a)(1) and (1)52062(a)(2).

In addition to the ability to provide feedback online, stakeholders may contact Constituent and Customer Service, provide e-comments for the June 7 and/or 23, 2021 Board meeting, or attend the June 7 and/or 23, 2021 Board meeting and provide comments during the public hearing or adoption in accordance with Education Code section 52062(b)(1).
