Project 2 Inspire offers classes to spark parent involvement in education

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8, Natomas Unified will offer a monthly Project 2 Inspire class to spark parent involvement in their child’s education.

All classes will be held from 5-6 p.m. in the Natomas High School Library. They are offered by NUSD’s Parent CORES program, which focuses on building and enhancing relationships with NUSD’s parent community.

Tuesday’s class is titled, “Parent Involvement: Helping Your Child Achieve Academic Success.” It is designed to help parents understand why it is important to be involved in their child’s education, including creating a positive and productive learning environment at home.
