COVID-19 Vaccination

Natomas Unified is pleased to begin offering the Pfizer Vaccine for children aged 5-11 at our clinics beginning Friday, November 12, 2021. To be vaccinated, individuals must be at least 5 years old, and a parent or guardian must be present to provide consent.

And as you are likely aware, Pfizer and Moderna have been granted FDA authorization for their COVID-19 booster dose to be administered at least six months after the second vaccine in the series of two. Johnson & Johnson has also been authorized for those who received their first dose two or more months ago.

The following groups are eligible:

The booster dose is available for all educators, healthcare workers, daycare staff, food industry workers, and many others. NUSD is currently offering the Pfizer vaccine on December 3 and December 10. Individuals can receive their 1st, 2nd, or booster dose at these clinics. If receiving your 2nd dose, please bring the CDC vaccination card from your 1st appointment.
