COVID-19 Testing

Thank you for testing with us at Natomas Unified COVID-19 Community Testing.  While you will see changes, getting tested is still as easy as 1-2-3!

All Community Testing Sites have transitioned to a Statewide testing program, which is a paperless system using a software platform called COLOR. In addition to scheduling an appointment time at natomasunified.setmore.com, it is now required to complete REGISTRATION ONLINE at COLOR. Please follow steps 1, 2, and 3 below.

RESULTS: Available in 72 hours by email

Getting tested is as easy as 1-2-3!

STEP 1: Choose an appointment time. You will receive confirmation and reminders via text/email for your appointment. The email confirmation has the link for COLOR.

STEP 2: Register for a test on COLOR. You MUST complete this step to fulfill registration. This portion of the registration takes the most time to complete, so we highly recommend completing this step before your testing date. Incomplete registration will result in delays in testing and results.

STEP 3: Arrive at your testing site 15 minutes before your appointment time. Bring your ID and wear a face mask. 

Additional Information

Your testing sample will be obtained via self-swab guided by trained staff. You will be provided a card with a barcode to obtain your results online at https://home.color.com/covid/test. Do your best not to lose your barcode. We recommend taking a picture of your card to be on the safe side.

How will I know when my results are ready?
You will receive a text and email at the phone number and email you provided. You can also visit color.com/covid-test to check if your results are ready. You’ll need to enter your date of birth and the test barcode found on your test kit card.

Expected Turn Around Time
24-72 hours. 

Turnaround time is the usual number of hours from the time a specimen is received at the laboratory to when the result is released.

What do I do if I’ve lost my barcode?
Please do your best to keep your barcode. Losing it may delay access to your results. Some people take a photo of it with their phone, just in case. If you lose your barcode, please contact Color Support for assistance at 833-594-1825 or [email protected].
