Prior to becoming a PE teacher Alex worked as a strength and conditioning coach at San Jose State University where he worked with athletes from a variety of sports including football (Bigs and Littles), Golf (WAC champions), cross country, and tennis.  Following his career there he worked in strength and conditioning with the San Jose Sharks working with 9 olympic medalists and 1 NHL MVP.  Following his work their he moved to Sacramento with his family and became a PE Teacher.
