The required annual audits of the Measure M and Measure D programs were conducted by independent audit firms in accord with Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
The purpose of the audit is to confirm that the use of the bond funds are expended only on the specific projects listed in the voter approved bond and provide reasonable assurance that the financial statements regarding Measures M and D are free of material misstatement. The Independent Performance Audit reports show that Natomas Unified School District has never had an audit finding and continues to be in compliance.
