NUSD utilizes an online application process for CUPCCA. By becoming a pre-qualified bidder on the NUSD CUPCCA list, the bidder is able to participate in an informal bid process for projects up to $200,000. CUPCCA registration is valid from January 1 through December 31 each year. Bidders must update their online application annually to remain on the active CUPCCA pre-qualification list.
