Student Support for Distance Learning

STUDENT SUPPORT HOURS 8AM-4PM 

Student Login and Software Support
Teachers will be the first point of contact for student login and student software support needs. Teachers or site staff who need assistance will submit a work order using the Track-it system. We have multiple tech staff members monitoring and responding to work orders daily.

Chromebook and Hotspot Support Device Support
Families/students should contact IT if they need technical support with their district issued device. Voicemails and emails will be monitored by the technology team.
