NUSD High School Sports Physical Exams Offered

All participants in high school sports must obtain a physical examination. One option is to be examined at the B. Teri Burns Health Clinic on one of three occasions: Tuesday, July 17, between 9 a.m. and noon; Thursday, July 19, between 1-3 p.m.; or Friday, July 20, between 1-3 p.m. Cost is up to $100, with insurance and Medii-Cal accepted. Students from low-income families will be charged on a sliding-fee-scale if they bring proof of household income, such as two recent pay stubs, last year’s tax return, W-2 forms, Welfare assistance or SSI benefits.
