Individuals may submit a public comment via eComment at [email protected]. These eComments will be forwarded to Trustees, acknowledged during the board meeting, and be included in the board meeting minutes. The eComments that are acknowledged will not be considered part of the 20 minute live comment time (see below for information on Board Bylaw 9323). If you are unable to submit an eComment please contact Constituent and Customer Services prior to 12:00 p.m. on January 19, 2022 for assistance.
Approximately 30 minutes before the start of the Wednesday, January 19 board meeting individuals may complete a Google form here by submitting their contact information and the item they would like to speak to. A staff member will then call the individual at the designated time frame during the board meeting so they can give their public comment live over the phone. Individuals will be called in the order their Google form submission was received. Please note that in accordance with Board Bylaw 9323 – Meeting Conduct, individual speakers shall be allowed two minutes to address the Board, and the Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes.
