The NUSD Regular Board Meeting is being conducted virtually as allowable under Assembly Bill 361, Government Code Section 54953, and NUSD Resolution No. 22-07. NUSD Board Meetings are live-streamed and recorded at the direction of the Board. For this meeting, Natomas Unified will provide two options for public comment.

eComment: Individuals may submit a public comment via eComment at [email protected]. These eComments will be forwarded to Trustees, acknowledged during the board meeting, and be included in the board meeting minutes. We will continue to acknowledge eComments during the meeting by announcing the name and topic of the eComments submitted. The eComments that are acknowledged will not be considered part of the 20 minutes live comment time (see below for information on Board Bylaw 9323). If you are unable to submit an eComment please contact Constituent and Customer Services prior to 12:00 p.m. on February 23, 2022.

Live Comment: Approximately 30 minutes before the start of the Wednesday, February 23 board meeting individuals may complete a Google form here by submitting their contact information and the item they would like to speak to. A staff member will then call the individual at the designated time frame during the board meeting so they can give their public comment live over the phone. Individuals will be called in the order their Google form submission was received. Please note: 1. There is approximately a 45-second delay in the livestream 2. Please turn down the volume on the livestream when making your public comment 3. The call may show up as “unknown caller” or “anonymous caller” Please note that in accordance with Board Bylaw 9323 – Meeting Conduct, individual speakers shall be allowed two minutes to address the Board, and the Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes.
