The California Department of Public Health announced that it is ending the COVID-19 policies that required weekly COVID-19 testing for unvaccinated and under-vaccinated workers in high-risk workplaces and schools​ effective September 17, 2022. ​This applies to our family volunteers as well. Beginning Saturday, September 17, Natomas Unified School District volunteers will no longer need to provide proof of vaccination status or be required to test weekly. We value and appreciate our families for volunteering at our school sites. Natomas Unified School District is providing its own LTE broadband network called NUSD Connect, free of charge, to NUSD families that do not have internet access at home for their students. Click on the post to learn more and how to enroll.

NUSD’s Parent University program is consistent with our Board-approved goal to, “Engage parents and families to support student success in school.” This online resource offers academic and social-emotional support for students of all ages, free one-hour parent workshops, resources and more.
