As part of NUSD’s vision to promote college and career ready graduates, the Natomas Unified School District is providing the opportunity to take the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), free of charge, to all 11th grade students during the school day on March 4th. Doing well on the SAT can make a significant difference in college acceptance and what scholarships students receive.

Here are ways you can help prepare your child for the SAT:

  • Encourage your student to utilize the Free Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy and the SAT student guide book that was passed out to them at school.
  • Make sure your student gets a good night’s sleep, eats a nutritious breakfast, and arrives early to school on test day.

If you would like more information regarding the SAT, please contact Brian Welborn at (916) 567-5640.
