Due to the unhealthy air quality, we are going to need to reschedule the Vision Celebration planned at Natomas High School tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we regularly monitor air quality and this is the worst we’ve seen in quite some time. Officials have rated the air as “very unhealthy.” We know your kids will be disappointed. Please understand that this does not change our appreciation for your students and the element of the NUSD Vision that they personify. We will figure out a way to have them recognized in some other fashion. Due to the air quality, we feel it is best for everyone that we reschedule since this was intended to be an outdoor event.
