Natomas Adult Education is offering a free Food and Beverage Service course designed to provide individuals ages 18 years and older with hands-on experience with cooking and serving advanced international cuisines. The uses of regional ingredients and techniques are explored in the preparation of traditional, classical, and contemporary meals from different international cuisines. Students prepare food and beverages in a restaurant-style service.
