The District has a contract with Office Depot to purchase office and school supplies online.
Each department and school site has a log in and password. Open purchase orders are established at the beginning of each fiscal year and are linked to each of the user accounts.
Office Depot has a security feature wherein if the user attempts to log in three times unsuccessfully, the login and password will be locked. The purchasing coordinator, Tracy Cole, is able to reset log-ins and password; you can phone Pam at: 567-5489. In her absence the Office Depot outside and inside representatives can be reached as follows: Sandy Marcel or Kori Bonaparte.
Return Policy
If dissatisfied for any reason, full credit may be provided if the general supply item(s) is/are returned in the original packaging within 30 days or 14 days if it’s technology or stocked furniture items. After the 14 day period the manufacturer’s warranty applies and will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement.
Folding chairs and tables, which have been used and are out of their original packing carton, may not be returned.
Returns on stocked furniture are subject to freight and/or restocking charge and must be in new condition. Special order or items that are not stocked merchandise will be ordered upon request but may be returned only if damaged or defective.
Return Procedures
Returns are performed on your next delivery. If you do not place an order within 5 days, the delivery service will be instructed to complete the pickup on day 6. To enable us to resell the merchandise, please do not write on the packaging or on the product that is being returned.

- Click on the order number
- Page to bottom – Click on “Begin Return”
- Complete the return
- Go back to order tracking
- Click on the return order number
- Choose “Printer Friendly Format”
- Print a copy and attach to the items
Online Ordering Instructions
- Use browser to access the Internet
- Type in http://business.officedepot.com
- Type in your Login Name
- Type in your Password
- Click on LOGIN button NOTE: ORDER MINIMUM IS $50.00
- If you know the item number(s) for the product(s) you wish to order select: Order by Item Quick Order
- Type in Office Depot Item #, quantity, and comment, if desired
- If you do not know the item number(s) for the product(s) you wish to order, you can:
- Search for product using key words or manufacturer part numbers by entering the information in the space provided in the search tool and then clicking GO.
- Shop using our online catalog. Simply click on the home button in the upper left hand corner or the View All Products A-Z button in the grey toolbar and you will be directed to category listings of the catalog
- Select Add to Cart to add your desired product to your shopping cart
- Select Continue Shopping to continue or Check Out from the shopping cart in the top left if you have finished shopping
- If you selected Continue Shopping then click on Order by Item Quick Order to add more items
- If you selected Check Out verify items in your cart and complete any required information
- You now have three options:
- If you are satisfied with your order, select Place Order to complete the process
- If you would like to save the items in your cart and purchase at a later date, select Put This Order On Hold. When placing an order on hold, your inventory will be held for 24hours
- If you would like to save the items in a list but not create the order select Save for Later
- When you see “Thank you for your order,” and your number, your order has been successfully completed.
