1) Logging in to Your New Google Drive
Step One:
Click on and open Google Chrome Browser.
Step Two:
Type in the URL Bar: www.gmail.com
Username: [email protected]
Password: TemporaryPassword (please submit work order if unknown)
It will ask you to change your password: Change it to match your district password.
Congratulations! You are in!

2) Automatically Forward All Gmail to your Outlook Email
Step One:
Now that you have logged into Gmail, let’s set up Auto-Forward for all your incoming mail. When someone shares a doc with you or sends an email to your Gmail account, this will automatically send it to your Outlook Email.
First, click the “Cog” in the top right corner and select settings.
Step Two:
Select the Forwarding/IMAP tab at the top – middle of the page.
Step Three:
Click Add a Forwarding Address
Step Four:
Enter your natomasunified.org outlook email address.
Step Five:
Click Proceed
When it tells you that it has sent you an email confirmation code, click ok!
Step six:
Copy the confirmation code that was sent to you (in your outlook email).
Step Seven:
Go back to the GMail settings and Paste the code & click verify.
Step Eight:
Click Forward…
…And Save.
Congratulations! You have autoforwarded all your Gmail to Outlook!
