Today, students enrolled in Inderkum’s Broadcast Media Pathway, had a captive audience with Mayor Steinberg in which they asked him questions ranging from what he likes most about Sacramento to his favorite restaurant to the city’s homeless crisis. There didn’t seem to be any question that was left off the table including the impact of the pandemic on our mental health. Mayor Steinberg told students that he understands how hard it’s been being isolated and he, like others, have definitely felt the effects.
