Dear Families of the Class of 2021,

The excitement of walking across the stage at graduation is back! As mentioned previously, we were looking at all options that would be available to hold graduation ceremonies during the week of June 7th-June 10th, whether in-person or virtual. We are pleased to announce that based on current guidelines and space capacity,  Natomas Unified’s four high schools will host-in person graduation ceremonies in June at Sutter Health Park formerly named Raley Field in West Sacramento.

We are planning for our graduation ceremonies based on current public health guidance. If local or state guidelines change, we will modify our plans accordingly and notify all families. All ceremonies will be held in the Sutter Health Park stadium. Please know that these outdoor ceremonies will be held rain or shine (if there is lightning, we may have to consider other options.)

Ceremonies are scheduled on the following dates:

Discovery High School – Tuesday, June 8th

Leroy Greene Academy – Wednesday, June 9th

Natomas High School – Wednesday, June 9th

Inderkum High School – Thursday, June 10th

Graduation is the culmination of a student’s educational journey and a significant milestone. We are making every effort to provide an experience our graduates so notably deserve.

We will continue to keep you updated, so be sure to check your communications from the district and your student’s school regularly.
