Thank you for enrolling in the Natomas Unified School District (NUSD) for the 2020-2021 school year. While we know these are new and challenging times, NUSD is committed to providing all students with textbooks and to closing the digital divide to ensure that all of our students have access to a Chromebook and WiFi to engage in distance learning.
Natomas Unified and the Natomas Teachers Association leaders came to an agreement on how Distance Learning will look for 2020-2021. This is an agreement for all students that also recognizes the challenges Distance Learning creates for all teachers/certificated staff. Click on the heading to read the details.
We are pleased to announce that we will continue to provide free summer meals through August 26th, the day before the first day of school.
Despite our best efforts to provide families with options that best meet the needs of their students to start the 2020-21 school year, due to the increase of COVID-19 contact spread, limited national COVID-19 testing, and contact tracer shortage, Natomas Unified School District students will begin the school year with distance learning.
