Natomas Middle School is now closed for the Summer

The main office will re-open on Tuesday, August 2nd at 1pm. If you have questions or need to drop off registration or immunization paperwork, then please visit the Natomas Unified School District office at 1901 Arena Blvd, 916-567-5400.

2016-2017 Student  Orientation

6th Grade Orientation, August 3rd, 2016, 8am-1pm

All 6th Graders need to be at the NMS campus before 8am,Please report to the NMS Gym.
Parents please do not plan on picking up your student until after 1pm.

7th Grade Orientation, August 4th, 2016, 9am-11am

8th Grade Orientation, August 4th, 2016, 1pm-3pm

7th & 8th Grade Orientation is a two hour window in which students can pick up their classes, textbooks, take a tour of the campus, and have questions answered.

Natomas Middle School has been officially authorized as an

IB World School, Middle Years Programme (MYP)

in partnership with Inderkum High School.
The Middle Years Programme is a challenging framework that encourages all students, grades 6th – 10th to make practical connections between their studies and the real world, the MYP is inclusive by design; students of all interests and academic abilities can benefit from their participation.
Through IB/MYP students “learn how to learn” and are encouraged to ask challenging questions, think critically, and develop research skills proven to help them in higher education.

Attention 7th Graders

Interested in Going to Washing D.C. and New York (June 2017)!!!!!!!!!

We are excited to announce that a group of Natomas Middle School students will go on a school sanctioned 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C. and New York City in June of 2017. On this once-in-a-lifetime adventure, students will explore our nation’s most important historical sites and experience incomparable learning moments. This will be a trip that your child will be talking about for years to come!

Your child will return home excited to tell you about:

Standing where Martin Luther King, Jr., delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech at the Lincoln Memorial
Discovering the true meaning of sacrifice at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
Walking in the footsteps of our great leaders on Capitol Hill
Exploring numerous Smithsonian Museums, like the National Museum of Natural History and the National Air and Space Museum

Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal

All Natomas Middle School students and parents are now able to access our online grading system called Infinite Campus, our online grading system.  The Infinite Campus system will allow students and parents to access  students current grades. This service is available to all students in grades 6-12 and will be be available to view from any smart phone or computer device. Students will use their Google login information to access the portal. Parents can ask students for login information or obtain it from the front office of their child’s school. For further assistance, please contact the Natomas Middle School office.

Natomas Middle School Customer Service On-Line Form

The NMS Customer Service On-Line Form is a new way to provide both families and the community a quick way to bring your concerns or questions to the immediate attention of the school site administration. Please click on the button below to access the on-line form and complete all the required questions.  Questions or Concerns requiring a response will receive communication from the appropriate staff member with 24 hours.
