Class Note - 09/01/15

Are you dressed out for p,e. and participating fully in the silent stretches? Do you give your best effort in class each day? If so then you should do well in my class. Remember to bring your notebook and pen to class each and every Thursday so that we may work on our MYP goal at the end of our run. My goal is to get you physically fit for high school and to prepare you for life long physical fitness.

Due: Friday December 18, 2015
Students will participate in a run each week and will need to record their responses to a question in their notebooks which they will write in ink. Students will still need to dress out, participate in warm ups and silent stretches, and submit their work when requested by the teacher.
