NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
State Board of Education Size and Scope Waiver
The Board shall convene a Public Hearing to receive comments from members of the public regarding the District’s waiver application of the Special Education Local Plan Area Size and Scope standards to be submitted to the California Department of Education and State Board of Education. The required Notice of Public Hearing is posted at each school site in the District, on the District website, and in the Sacramento Bee newspaper.
