I am extremely excited about our upcoming year at NP3 Elementary.  I have been living in Southern California for my entire life and can’t wait to be a first-time NoCal  resident.  I’ve been teaching Kindergarten through 4th grade in San Diego for the past 27 years.   I also was a Reading Specialist for nine of those years.  I am very excited about new opportunities at Np3 with my colleagues, my incoming 1st graders and their families.

I have two daughters, Emily and Carly and I’m extremely proud of the young adults they have become.  Both are busy with college and work-Emily in Chico and Carly in San Diego.  My fiancé, Tim has lived in Sacramento for the past 25 years.   He and I enjoy traveling, hiking and cooking together.
