To help keep you informed, here’s a recap of some of the district-sent communications that you received this week and reminders. This does not include communications from your school. You can always check your school’s Digital Backpack for updates from your school and from the district.

On Tuesday, we provided you with an update on where we are with an in-person transitional reopening, and we sent you a separate email asking you to confirm your decision for your student for a transitional in-person return. The form is due on Monday, February 5. If your decision has changed since October, when you originally completed the Decision Form, please click here to gain access to the form and click here to read the update from Superintendent Chris Evans.

Last week, we shared with you that we were seeking input on the naming of two schools – our Virtual Academy launching fall 2021 and our K-5 Dual Immersion School that could open in 2024. We’d like to hear your potential ideas for names if you have them. You can submit them at this link.

Reminders
Our students are accessing the Virtual Tutoring and Wellness Center for support in tutoring and social-emotional needs. It’s a free service available to all students in the district. The schedule for next week is open, so we encourage you to visit the website at this link and access these available resources to support you and your student.
