Professional chef to teach NUSD cooking class specializing in variety of mouth-watering regional cuisine

NUSD Adult Education culinary arts class

Learn to cook a mouth-watering variety of unforgettable regional cuisine from a professional chef for just $20? … Yes! … Chef Michael Mitchell, who leads Discovery High’s Culinary Arts program, will teach a twice-weekly cooking class through NUSD Adult Education from Sept. 11 through Oct. 17.

Specialties include Tex-Mex, Cajun, Creole, Floribian, Southern and Southwestern cuisine.

Classes will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Discovery High, 3401 Fong Ranch Road. Child care will be provided free for children 3-14. Youngsters must be potty trained. Register by calling (916) 928-5220. For more information, see the flyer below.
