In an effort to help slow down the spread of COVID-19 and to create a healthy Natomas, the Natomas Unified School District will begin administering COVID vaccinations with the support of the Sacramento County Public Health and Dr. Rusty Oshita, a physician with Urgent Care Now.

Natomas Unified School District is enrolling students now into Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2021-22 school year. 

As students prepare for a transitional reopening and as a reminder when they return to campus, it’s important for them to know and understand the changes to their school and what they need to do to keep themselves and everyone around them safe and healthy. NUSD has compiled a series of videos and colorful graphics to help students understand how they can do their part to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Please take a few minutes to answer some questions that will help us move forward with our 18-month plan, as well as just check in with you on how things are going.

Natomas Unified School District is inviting parents, guardians, and community members to become a member of the Local Control Accountability Plan Parent Advisory Committee (LCAP PAC).

As NUSD looks to a transitional reopening, we need families to make a decision about their students’ educational options. Please complete one decision form per NUSD student in your household no later than October 26, 2020.

As part of September’s Suicide Prevention Month, Natomas Unified wants to ensure parents and primary caregivers are aware of the prevalence of suicide and suicide attempts among youth, the warning signs of suicide, how to respond when they recognize their child or another youth is at risk, and where to turn for help in the community when a crisis occurs.
