Families will need to complete the application and return it to the front office of your child’s school by May 3, 2019. Forms will be time and date stamped upon receipt. You will receive notification of your child’s placement for Summer Program. A waitlist will be created if we receive an overwhelming response by families. Students will be taken off of the waitlist as space becomes available. Priority will be given to students with the highest academic need.

If your student did not receive an invitation to Summer Program, you can inquire with your school site to determine if he/she would be a strong fit for the program.
