Hello parents,

Class Dojo is a web based program which allows teachers to track students’ behaviors (positive and negative) easily and efficiently.  This program allows me to give student points for staying on task, helping others, participating, being respectful, and being on time.  Points can also be taken away if a student is off task, disrespectful, shouting out without raising a hand, and talking during a lesson.

Students and parents will each have their own access code so that they can log on to the Class Dojo website.  This will allow you, as the parent, to see how many points your child has, the positive behaviors noted, and the negative behaviors he/she can work on. It is a great way to keep you informed of how your child is behaving/participating in class.  Class Dojo also allows me to send a “behaviors and skills report” every Friday by email.
