The performance of web-based programs, such as Infinite Campus, can be impacted by the cache or browsing history of your web browser, so it is recommended that you clear your cache regularly. This is a basic troubleshooting step that should be completed whenever you are having difficulty with any web-based program.
Below are step-by-step instructions for clearing the cache on different combinations of platforms and browsers.
Please be aware that Mozilla, Chrome, and Apple regularly push out updates to their products which may change the appearance and/or location of the functions pictured below. You can find additional information directly from the individual companies on their websites:

Please note that Internet Explorer is NOT a recommended browser for Infinite Campus.
If you are on a Mac and using Google Chrome, you can open the “Self Service”, which you can find in your toolbar on your laptop.
Once you’ve opened “Self Service”, click “Clear Google Chrome Cache” to clear your cache.
MOZILLA FIREFOX (on a PC)
From the menu in the upper right-hand corner, select “Options”:
Select “Privacy & Security” from the index on the left-hand side, scroll down to “Cached Web Content”, and click on the “Clear Now” button:
GOOGLE CHROME (on a PC)
From the menu in the upper right-hand corner, select “Settings”:
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Advanced”:
Scroll down and select “Clear browsing data” under “Privacy and Security”:
A “Clear browsing data” window will pop up. Click the “Clear browsing data” button. Ensure that the boxes relating to history, cache, and cookies are checked:
MOZILLA FIREFOX (on a Mac)
Very similar to PC. From the menu in the upper right-hand corner, select “Preferences”:
Select “Advanced” from the index on the left-hand side, then click on the “Network” tab, and then click “Clear Now” to the right of “Cached Web Content”:
GOOGLE CHROME (on a Mac)
Click “Shift” + “Command” + “Delete” at the same time. The window below will pop up. Click on “Advanced” and then “Clear Data”:
APPLE SAFARI (on a Mac)
In the upper left, click on “Safari” and then “Preferences”:
Go to the “Privacy” tab and click “Manage Website Data”:
A window will open with all websites that are currently caching information. Click “Remove All” and then “Done”:
A pop-up will ask you if you are sure, then click “Remove Now”:
