About Me

Kyle Connors has been teaching for 12+ years in various schools scattered across Northern California. He will maintain the third person in discussing himself as required by the demands of pre-established codes of formality in the written expression of an "About Me" page. His prior education was collected from teachers of record and various other "teachers" in Philadelphia, Redlands, Arcata, San Francisco, Oakland, and now Sacramento. He has degrees in English Education (Humboldt State University), a minor in Race & Ethnic Studies (also Humboldt State University), an English teaching credential (San Francisco State University), and MA coursework in Comparative Literature (also San Francisco State University). Currently he is enjoying learning from his students and fellow colleagues at Natomas High School and generally has been enjoying his extended time in education - despite the bells. A few hobbies include: reading, reading some more, hiking around Desolation Wilderness, grading some of his reading, and appreciating free time with his wife, dog, and two cats.

Currently I am (oops) teaching two classes at NHS:
