An informal presentation of certificates to graduates of the class of 2023 who also received International Baccalaureate (IB) diplomas occurred Thursday night at Inderkum High School. It’s a small gesture that IB Coordinator Jessica Downing does every year but one so meaningful. “The certificate is nice to bring home to their parents but what the students really walk away with is the gift of their education,” Downing said.
While many of the honorees are already off to college, those who were local or had a family representative, attended to accept the honor.
