The NUSD Health Fair is here to ensure your student starts the 2021-2022 school year off right! This sign up page offers immunizations, COVID testing & vaccines (1st dose only), and vision/hearing screenings. Please select the 2nd tab above to sign your student up for a physical (sports, kindergarten, and 1st grade physicals are available). Tuberculosis (TB) shot appointments are also available on Tab 3 above.
Go through the health fair and receive a free bag of groceries! Please note, one bag of groceries per family.
