NUSD provides families notices each year of their rights and responsibilities in certain matters pertaining to their student. Please review the enclosed information carefully. Families are then asked to acknowledge the receipt of these notices. If you have any questions regarding the content, please contact your student’s school. Beginning with the 2023 – 2024 school year, forms will be submitted electronically via ParentSquare. ParentSquare allows families to read the forms, acknowledge the preferred consent, and sign their name electronically all within the app. Families must log into the ParentSquare app or ParentSquare webpage at www.parentsquare.com to complete and use their phone number or email address that is on file with their student’s school.
