NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
NUSD SELPA Local Plan for Special Education
In accordance with the requirements of Education Code section 56205, the Board shall convene a Public Hearing to receive comments from members of the public regarding the District’s SELPA Local Plan for Special Education. The required Notice of Public Hearing was posted at each school site in the District, on the District website, and in the Sacramento Bee newspaper.
